THE HOWLING SHADOW OF THE CANYONS.

Deep in the rugged canyons and forests of Arizona’s Mogollon Rim roams a creature known as the Mogollon Monster. Covered in dark fur and towering over the trees, this elusive giant is said to howl at night, sending chills through the desert air.

Witnesses describe a smell of rot and decay surrounding the creature, adding to its ominous presence. Though seldom seen, its tracks and cries are evidence enough for many locals who swear the creature is real — a remnant of ancient wilderness and mystery.

The Mogollon Monster is a guardian of the wild, a warning that nature holds secrets not meant for human eyes. Hikers and campers are advised to respect the canyons and heed the warnings of the howls in the night.

When the desert howls, it speaks of the Mogollon Monster’s unseen passage.
